MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF SPECIAL ADMINISTRATION
COMES NOW,Nancy L. Peterson, as Co-Counsel for the Special Administrator, Robert
A. Lembke, and requests an Order Extending the Special Administration to April 30, 2017. As
grounds, the undersigned states the following:
1. On September 9, 2015, this Court issued an Amended Order for Formal
Appointment of Special Administrator (the "Order") granting the Special Administrator the
authority to specifically deal with the: (1) businesses of the decedent, namely; Hunt Ranch, Hunt
Construction, Full Rut Archery and Hunt Investments(the"Businesses"); and(2) Rick Hunt's real
and personal property in Alaska, including the authority to initiate an ancillary probate in Alaska
and sell the Alaska property.'
2. On November 24, 2015, this Court issued an Order Granting Extension of Special
Administration.
3. On November 27, 2015, this Court issued Amended Letters of Special
Administration, which will expire on April 30, 2016.
4. The Special Administrator respectfully requests additional time to: (1) complete
every act necessary to wind up and liquidate or transfer the Businesses and the associated affairs

However, the authority referenced in paragraph I of this Motion is the primary focus of the request to extend the
Special Administrator's authority.
