This is being handled by Amy Eschberger of <br /> DRMS with the help of Schmidt Construction, the current lessee of the pit. On April 1, <br /> 2016 a meeting was held with the administrator of the estate and a plan was developed <br /> to resolve the issues regarding the permit. There will be a Succession of Operator to <br /> some new legal entities who will assume the permit and maintain it until a final <br /> disposition of the property is concluded. <br />
