There are several items that will need to be addressed prior to the approval of this revision. <br />Please address the following items: <br />1. Please revise proposed Page 2.05-50 to add MR295 to the "Mine Water Discharge and Recycle <br />System," heading. <br />2. At the end of the first paragraph of the "Mine Water Discharge and Recycle," section on <br />proposed revised page 2.05-50, please specify that Twentymile Coal, LLC. will obtain Division <br />approval prior to constructing the passive treatment system. <br />3. Please commit to salvaging and stockpiling the topsoil separate from the subsoil during the <br />excavation of the geotechnical test -pits on page 2.05-51. According to Map 17, there should be <br />between 20 and 30 inches of topsoil within the area where the geotechnical investigation will <br />occur. <br />4. Proposed revised page 2.05-84.10 does not take into account the approval of MR15-291. The <br />section and paragraph added for the 13 -Left Outby Utility Borehole needs to be added to <br />proposed revised page 2.05-84.10. Please insure the pagination and text follows from the pages <br />before and after this revised page. <br />5. Attached is the reclamation cost estimate for this revision. The Division estimates an increase in <br />liability of $2,308.69.
