The primary purpose of this phase of this project is to conduct investigations <br /> to determine the source of water flowing from the Silver Wing Mine Adit on the Main Level and <br /> to determine the feasibility of reducing or eliminating that flow. <br /> The application also provides for obtaining hand-chip samples of underground <br /> mineralized structures as well as surface site clean-up. Also included in this application is the <br /> removal of sediment/sludge from the existing sedimentation pond and disposal of this material <br /> on site. A full-sized hard copy(2)of the main level underground mine workings is also enclosed. <br /> The plan will utilize existing buildings,roads and other facilities on site. No new roads <br /> will be constructed. No measurable vegetation is planned to be removed or damaged,and no re- <br /> vegetation work is planned. <br /> Jo Grant has addressed the Financial Warranty requirement and is proposing a <br /> Financial Warranty of$25,000 for reclamation associated with the NOI work. <br /> Enclosed is the$86.00 Application Fee. <br /> Thank you.
