MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD 110(1) ANNUAL REPORT <br /> For Season 2015 <br /> CRYSTALJACK MINING <br /> PERMIT NO. M-1993-030 <br /> Prepared: 18 March 2016 <br /> Summary: <br /> No mechanized equipment was operated on Crystaljack mining properties during 2015. Hand <br /> digging and prospecting and claim maintenance was carried out between 10 June and 15 July. <br /> Illegal digging is occurring on the Two Point claim and Qui-Buc No. 5 adjacent to roads. <br /> Map Depicting Operations: <br /> No changes have been made to permitted sites. Site 4 on the Ute claim is currently reclaimed and <br /> reseeded with good growth. <br /> Current Disturbances (2015): <br /> All dig sites on Crystaljack properties have been reclaimed except for access roads and proposed <br /> dig sites. All disturbances are 50%to 100%revegetated. <br /> Reclamation Summary (Includes 2015 Reclamation): <br /> Since this project began in 1993, approximately 4.89 acres have been excavated and reclaimed. <br /> All newly reclaimed sites have been reseeded the same season. These sites are then planted with <br /> trees the following season. Site 4 on the Ute has 50 percent growth. Sites 6 and Site 7 on the Two <br /> Point have 70 percent growth. All other sites exceed 80 percent or better. <br /> Reclamation Completed During2 015: <br /> Nothing additional was reclaimed in 2015. Site 4 on the Ute, 0.25 acre, has about 50 percent <br /> growth. <br /> Proposed 2016 Operations: <br /> Operations will be in conjunction with operations on Glacier Peak Mining claims between mid- <br /> May through early August. Mechanized operations will be limited to 10 working days on the <br /> Crystaljack claims. We will use a John Deere 350 or equivalent on the Two Point at 7 to <br /> complete this site for up to .5 acre. Site visits, including mineral extraction,reclamation, and <br /> claim maintenance will be continued throughout the season. <br />
