(ASCI), the applicant for the referenced pen-nit, be
granted another extension of time to effectively address your further review comments to our responses to the
original Adequacy Review comments which we received on October 23, 2015. This is especially with regard to
the slope stability study that will need to be generally approved by CDOT in relation to US Hwy. 85 and the
"active" TR we are working on to change the mine plan from a slurry wall to a clay liner. We are requesting
that we be granted another extension of 30 days to address these comments. I assume that the end of that period
will be approximately April 25, 2016, based on the original decision date of October 27, 2015? Please confirn
this.
Please contact me if there are any questions or concerns you may have with this request for the added time
extension.
Sincerely,
Rob Laird
Resource Manager
cc: file
Dan Hunt
