The purpose of the inspection will be to <br />evaluate reclamation at the site. Rule 3.03.2(2) of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining requires that you be notified prior to the <br />inspection, so that you may attend the inspection.
