The only description of <br />protecting topsoil storage piles is found on Page 14 of Appendix 11(1). Please revise the permit text to <br />include a description of measures that will be taken to protect stored topsoil, growth medium, or cover <br />material from erosion, in accordance with 4.06.3. <br />Section 2.05.4, page 5A has been revised to include a description of measures <br />that will be taken to protect stored topsoil, growth medium, or cover material from <br />erosion.
