Mining <br /> and Safety (DRMS) for an amendment to MLRB 112 Permit No. M-1989-029. Longmont Distel <br /> Operations. This is a sand and gravel mine located at 1587 Weld County Rd 20 '', Longmont. <br /> CO. Section 1.6.2 (1) (a) of the Colorado MLRB Rules requires that Notice of Filing of the <br /> application be provided to the Board of County Commissioners together with a copy of the <br /> application form. The Notice. with application form attached. is enclosed and we request that <br /> these be provided to the Board. <br /> Section 1.6.2 (l)(c)of the Colorado MLRB Rules requires that a copy of the entire application <br /> packet must be made available to the public through the Clerk or Recorder's office of the county <br /> in which the project is located.
