DESCRIPTION OF THE OPERATION <br />A. Access. Show on a map (USGS quadrangle map ora National Forest map. for example) the clean boundaries, d applicable. and <br />ale access needs such as roads and hails, on and off the darn. Specify *each Forest Service roads IN be used, where <br />maintenance or reconsbudion is proposed, and where new oonsbucdon is necessary. For new oonsbucticn, include construction <br />specifications such as oldie, grades, etc., location and size of culverts, describe maintenance plans; and the type and size of <br />vehicles and err pm ens that eV use the access routes. <br />The site lies approximately 10 roles northwest of the town of Divide, Colorado, along route 851. Take Road #51 to the 4 <br />way intersection at the Trail Creek Road. Continue northwest on F.R. #360 for 0.8 miles to an unmarked dirt road on the <br />south, take south directed dirt road for 0.6 males. This unmarked existing dirt road is 10 ft at its narrowest and <br />approximately 0.6 miles in length This unmanned existing dirt road dead -ends on by of small ridge within the mining <br />claim adjacent b the Double Eagle. This unmarked dirt road travels trough the Double Eagle claim. No new roads wile <br />be needed b aces the claire and no new roads will be required for exploration effort. The excavator will be moved <br />overland to access the three target areas. <br />See attached USGS 7.5 minute Hackett Mountain quadrangle with inset showing appno timate daim boundaries in black <br />and route b daim in red. <br />B. Map, Sketch or Drawing. Show location and layout of the aee of operation. Identify any dreamt creeks or springs tknoen. <br />Show the site and kind of all surface disturbances such as benches, pits, selling ponds, sbeam channels and run-off diversions, <br />waste dumps, dei pads, timber disposal or deerance, etc. Include sizes, capectiea, aaepe, amoinls, locations, materials <br />inv 1bed, etc. <br />See attached map. We are planning b dig three exploration trenches, as marked on the map. The trenches will be <br />approximately 20 feet wide by 20 feet deep and 100 feet in length: Motel disturbance of less than 0.5 acnes. There is <br />currently no plan b remove any existing trees as the daim contains far spaced ponderosa trees that we can dig in- <br />between. If any trees present a safety hazard during the operation they wi be removed. <br />Operators will be camping on -she, proximal to dig areas, as noted on attached map. Potable chemical toilets will also be <br />kept proximal b the camping area and waste wile be disposed of daily.
