Applegate <br />Group, enc. <br />Water Resource Advisors for the West <br />DAILY CONSTRUCTION REPORT <br />Date: 12/7/2015 Job Name: Brannan Pit 29 — TR 2.2 Report No. 1 <br />AG Project #: 10-116 Client: Brannan Sand and Gravel <br />Daily Overview: Drain line installation Time on Site: 11:30 am <br />Weather: 56° F, mostly cloudy, no precipitation <br />Principals on Site: Tom — Brannan; Tom and Carrie — Applegate <br />Equipment Data: front end loader <br />2 excavators 2- wellpoint piston pumps <br />Work Performed Today: <br />Contractor is installing ADS N-12 slotted pipe along southern boundary of property. <br />Excavator trenching and placing granular material, laborers placing pipe, excavator placing <br />additional material, laborers placing geofabric wrap around filter material, additional granular fill <br />placed on top of granular fill, backfill with native soils over the granular material. 1/3 to 1/2 of <br />the pipe has been placed along south boundary. <br />Manholes and solid wall pipes are onsite and stockpiled. Solid wall pipe has been installed for <br />about 1/4 of the western boundary along with one manhole base. <br />Contractor has installed a wellpoint piston pump system to control groundwater during <br />construction. The pump manifold extends along the entire southern boundary of the drain limits. <br />The contractor indicated that the well points are approximately 17 -ft below grade to control <br />groundwater during drain line installation. The pumps discharge into the dewatering ditch for the <br />gravel pit.
