MANAGEMENT <br />The DRMS' letter dated March 17, 2016 transmitted its second adequacy review for the <br />referenced technical revision. On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, following are its responses to <br />DMRS' comments and concerns. <br />1. No response required. <br />2. Since mining has been suspended, wells 2010-1 SS and 2010-1B will be down gradient <br />and point of compliance wells. <br />3. The Operator intends to install a new D -Seam monitoring well in the general location of <br />DH -15 by July 31, 2016. <br />4.
