Our initial review indicates that all preliminary items required by Rule 2.08.4(5) have <br />not been submitted. Thus, your application is incomplete for the purposes of filing as of March 17, <br />2016. <br /> <br />-In accordance with Rule 2.05.6(2), please evaluate the impacts to fish and wildlife associated with <br />this project and consult with Colorado Parks and Wildlife. The project area is within and near the <br />area that was disturbed for the construction of the 5MN pipeline. During the review for that <br />revision (MR-288), there were constraints on the timeframe of disturbance activities that will likely <br />apply to the proposed project. Please update Section 2.05.6 of the permit accordingly. <br /> <br />In accordance with Rule 2.07.3(1), you have the opportunity to amend, review, or otherwise make <br />your application complete. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />
