RULE REQUIREMENTS <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(a-0 states, by February 15, or such date agreed on, each permitted shall <br />file an annual reclamation report covering the previous calendar year for all areas under <br />bond. The report shall include, but are not limited to, text, discussion and maps which <br />address: <br />• the name and address of the permittee and permit number <br />• location and number of acres disturbed during that year <br />• location and number of acres backfilled and graded during that year <br />• location and number of acres topsoiled during that year <br />• the species, location and number of acres of vegetation planted during that year, <br />including any augmented seeding or cultural practices <br />• location, number of acres and date of planting for all previously revegetated areas <br />B. DISTURBED AREAS <br />During 2015, 16.4 acres of disturbance to native areas occurred onsite. <br />As of the end of the year in 2015, the total disturbance was 148.2 acres. Of this total, <br />58.8 acres are in long-term mining or reclamation facilities and the active mining area is <br />comprised of 44.3 acres (Please see Figure 1 and Map 1). <br />D. BACKFILLING AND GRADING <br />During 2015, 18.2 acres were backfilled and graded. Refer to Map 2 for a visual <br />description of the backfill areas. <br />E. RECLAMATION ACTIVITIES <br />1. Spoil & Topsoil Quality <br />The spoil sampling and analysis program for the New Horizon North Mine (NHN) is <br />described in Section 2.05.4(2)(d) of the approved permit. NHN sampled 5 locations <br />during 2015. Attachment 1 contains the analytical results for all samples taken.
