<br />I, Diane Hutton, do solemnly swear that I am Legal
<br />Notice Representative of theCraig Daily Press, that the
<br />same is a daily newspaper printed, in whole or in part,
<br />and published in the County of Moffat, State of
<br />Colorado, and has a general circulation therein; that
<br />said newspaper has been published continuously and
<br />uninterruptedly in said County of Moffat for a

<br />Trapper Mining Inc. Intends to revise its sur-
<br />face coal mining permit (CDMG Permit No.
<br />C-1981-010, approved 07/09/13) with Tech-
<br />nical Revision TR -115 to revise the Post Min-
<br />ing Topography and Mine Plan Updates.
<br />Projected activities include disturbing an ad-
<br />ditional 49.7 acres within the approved per-
<br />mit area to advance current pits. All reviews
<br />and comment periods as provided In the Act
<br />and Regulations promulgated thereunder ini-
<br />tiate from this date of filing. Trapper Mine is
<br />located 61/2 miles south of Craig, Colorado.
