(Tri-State), is the parent company to <br />Western Fuels -Colorado, A Limited Liability Company (WFC) New Horizon North Mine. The New <br />Horizon Mine operates under the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety Permit No. C- <br />2010-089 <br />Per Rule 2.04.13(1), by February 15, or other such date as agreed on, each permittee shall file an <br />annual reclamation report covering the previous calendar years for all areas under bond.
