Transit Mix Concrete Co. <br />crossings with culvert diameters of 60 inches or less will utilize a circular corrugated metal <br />pipe (CMP), and crossings requiring a larger diameter pipe will utilize an arch culvert. Erosion <br />protection is provided using riprap at the inlet and outlet of each culvert. Typical designs for <br />the culverts are shown in Figure G-15. <br />Culverts LTC -CC -1 and LTC -CC -6 are located along Little Turkey Creek, and the flow values <br />for these culverts were calculated by USGS using the StreamStats website (USGS, 2016). <br />StreamStats calculates flood flows based on the watershed boundaries delineated from the <br />National Elevation Dataset and equations developed for estimating flood -frequency statistics <br />based on stream gauges within the project area. The StreamStat reports for these locations <br />are included in Attachment G-1.
