All construction materials placed were verified as <br /> suitable, and construction methods were in accordance with project technical specifications." <br /> A) VLF (Phase 1 and 2) <br /> Structural Fill: <br /> The following Structural Fill haul to fill and grading activities occurred: <br /> Cat dozers placed cut-to-fill on slopes in the vicinity of station 120+00 to 128+00, K18+00 to <br /> K20+00 and M20+00 to M23+00. <br /> A Cat dozer backfilled the portion of the Phase 2 diversion channel between stations S3+00 to <br /> S4+00 where a temporary drain pipe was installed to convey any runoff to the Phase 2 retention <br /> pond. <br /> All of the above Structural Fill material was placed, compacted, and graded per the project plans <br /> and specifications. <br /> Soil Liner Fill: <br /> Processing continued at Dump 1 location. <br />
