All review and comment periods as <br />provided in the Colorado Surface Mining Reclamation Act and the Rules initiate from this date of <br />filing. <br /> <br />The applicant, C.B. Minerals Company, LLC, proposes to continue underground coal mining <br />operations on land located approximately 7 mile(s) West of Glenwood Springs, Colorado. There <br />are no proposed revisions to the approved mining and reclamation plan, nor is there any proposed <br />surface disturbance outside of the currently approved disturbance area. The permit area is further <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />T6S, R91W; Portions of Sections 1 and 12 <br /> T6S, R90W; Portions of Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 15 and 16 <br /> <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on the following USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle <br />map(s): Abarr. <br /> <br />C.B.
