February 25, 2016 C-1981-018/Deserado Mine CCW <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES -Rule 4.04: <br /> Small area exemptions(SAEs)that were inspected include: <br /> -Explosives Storage <br /> - Slot Storage Facility <br /> -Nitrogen Plant#2 <br /> -RDH-4 (Photo 4) <br /> -Halandras Landfill <br /> -Water Storage Tanks <br /> -Haul Road Blisters;4, 5 and"Treasure Island" <br /> -Fuel Storage Tanks <br /> -The West Mains Vent Shaft <br /> -B-Vent Shaft#1 <br /> -B-Vent Shaft#3 <br /> -Reclaimed IOL Vent Shaft,Permitted as RS-6 (Photo 5) <br /> -RS-11,Return Shaft 11 (Photo 6) <br /> -Reclaimed LWB9-3 <br /> All of the inspected small area exemptions were well maintained. The berms were in good condition and <br /> functioning as designed to prevent off-site impacts. The graveled pads were in good condition at the time of the <br /> inspection. <br /> See Reclamation Success section for more information on LWB9-3. <br /> The pad around RS-I I was muddy due to the recent snow melt. Ruts were present from previous truck traffic and <br /> the gravel is compacted in some spots. There were no off-site impacts.
