Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was an aerial inspection conducted by review of aerial images collected by Harry Ranney of DRMS on <br /> February 26,2016, The images were reviewed by Janet Binns of DRMS on February 29, 2016. <br /> The permit consists of a reclaimed coal load out,inactive rail loop, and an inactive haul road. The permit is <br /> covered with a healthy snow pack,thought the haul road is plowed by Routt County Road and Bridge department. <br /> No personnel remain on the permit area. All buildings have been removed and facilities and office have been <br /> reclaimed. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3;; Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Two ponds exist on the permit area,the Truck Loop pond and the Rail Loop pond. <br /> The Rail loop pond was visible and is snow covered. There does not appear to be a pool of water below the snow <br /> cover. <br /> The Truck loop pond is frozen and snow covered as well. <br /> Dry Creek is ice and snow covered. <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> No problems were observed in the aerial images. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 <br /> Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br /> Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and(6)/4.03.2(5)and(6) <br /> The Tie-Across Haul Road was free of snow and appeared dry at the time of the inspection. No traffic <br /> was noted using the haul road at the time the images were collected.
