C-1982-056 on February 26,2016. Harry Ranney with the Division took <br /> the photographs and I,Jared Ebert with the Division reviewed the photographs and prepared the following report <br /> based on my observations. It appears the site is still covered in a significant amount of snow. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br /> Drainage—Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> The wastewater treatment ponds at the main facilities area,Area 1 Pond,Ponds B, C,D,E,F and G and the Fish <br /> Creek Borehole water treatments ponds were visible in the photographs. These ponds were snow covered and no <br /> problems were observed. <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> The Run-Of-Mine coal stockpile,the coal stockpile that feeds the train loadout and the Belt-Out-Back coal <br /> stockpile appeared to be active. <br /> PROCESSING WASTE/COAL MINE WASTE PILES—Rule 4.10 and 4.11 <br /> Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization;Placement: <br /> The coal refuse disposal expansion area was observed. The face of bench 1 and bench 2 was covered in snow but <br /> appeared stable. It appears TC continues to place refuse on top of the second bench.
