Box 483 <br />Paonia, CO 81428 <br />RE: Bowie No. 1 Mine (Permit No. C-1981-038) <br />2015 Annual Reclamation Report Response Review <br />Dear Mr. Bear, <br />The Division completed its review of the above referenced report on January 25, 2015. The Division <br />requested Bowie Resources address the following: <br />Based on the Division's review the 13.8 acres Phase I released for the entire life of mine listed on the <br />2014 ARR cover letter may be in error. The Division approved Phase I release of 13.1 acres with SL -2 and <br />69.6 acres with SL -4 for a total of 82.7 acres of Phase I release. Please revise the 2015 ARR to reflect the <br />correct number of acres or provide a response as to the reported 13.8 acres as being correct. <br />In a response letter received by the Division on February 9, 2016, Bowie Resources submitted an <br />amendment to the 2015 ARR addressing the Division's review.
