Even if cheatgrass cover had not <br />been removed, these areas would not have met the standard. <br />Herbaceous production decreased in all four Reclamation Areas since previous monitoring and <br />these decreases were most pronounced in the perennial grass species. In 2012, perennial grasses <br />comprised 95-100% of the herbaceous production in each of these areas (Figure 8). By 2015, not <br />only has the overall production decreased, but perennial grasses contribute less than 50% in <br />Habitat Management, Inc. 20 October 2015 <br />
