Due to the stratigraphic in- <br />fluence upon groundwa[er occurrence, <br />intersection of the regional water ta- <br />ble and mine workings is not anticipat- <br />• ed to occur within the permit area. <br />No subsurface water has been exposed at <br />the face-up area of the Orchard Valley <br />nor Orchard Valley West Mines. No sub- <br />surface water is expected to be encoun- <br />tered at the face-up area of the rock <br />slope portals of the Orchard Valley <br />Mine. <br />(B) Lithologic drill logs, coal seam thick- <br />nesses, and physical properties of the <br />overburden strata are included within <br />the Confidential Appendices in Volume <br />10.
