AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br />CRAIG DAILY PRESS <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />COUNTY OF MOFFAT <br />I, Diane Hutton, do solemnly swear that I am Legal <br />Notice Representative of theCraig Daily Press, that the <br />same is a daily newspaper printed, in whole or in part, <br />and published in the County of Moffat, State of <br />Colorado, and has a general circulation therein; that <br />said newspaper has been published continuously and <br />uninterruptedly in said County of Moffat for a <br />period of more than fifty-two weeks prior to the first <br />publication of the annexed legal notice or <br />advertisement; that said newspaper has been admitted <br />to the United States mails as second-class matter <br />under the provisions of the Act of March 3, 1879, or <br />any amendments thereof, and that said newspaper is a <br />daily newspaper duly qualified for publishing legal <br />notices and advertisements within the meaning of the <br />laws of the State of Colorado. That the annexed legal <br />notice or advertisement was published in the regular <br />and entire issue of every number of said daily <br />newspaper for the period of 1 consecutive insertions; <br />and that the first publication of said notice was in the <br />issue of said newspaper dated 2/8/2016, and that the <br />last publication of said notice was in the issue of said <br />newspaper dated 2/8/2016. <br />11747 ' <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Trapper Mining Inc. intends to conduct blast- <br />ing operations during the one-year period <br />commencing March 2016, at its Trapper <br />Mine surface coal operations in Moffat <br />County, Colorado. <br />The blasting program will be conducted <br />within 1 he following areas: <br />Kimber -Pit Sections 31 and 32, T6N, <br />R90W, and Sections 5 and 6, T5N, R90W <br />Lancaster -Pit Sections 31 and 32, T6N, <br />R90W, and Sections 5 and 6, T5N, P90W <br />Ashmore -Pit Section 35, T6N, R91 W <br />The blasting program will be conducted daily <br />between sunrise and sunset. Orange cones <br />and/or 30" red and white octagon signs stat- <br />ing "Keep Out -Stop -Blasting Area" will iden- <br />tify all active blast patterns. In addition, <br />guards will be placed at all major roadways <br />that access the blast area at least 10 minutes <br />prior to detonation and remain in place until <br />the all -clear signal. <br />The audible warnings prior to all blasts will <br />be: <br />-Five (5) long siren signals at 5 minutes. <br />-Twenty (20) short siren signals at 3 minutes. <br />-Steady electric siren at 2 minutes. <br />-Tone change electric siren at 30 seconds. <br />The all -clear signal will be one long siren of <br />20 seconds induration <br />State pf Colorado ��� <br />the (J1-} 1day of f `�.
