2 <br />2.04.7 Baseline Hvdroloeic Conditions <br />This section of the rules is adequately addressed in the permit. <br />Should mining recommence at some point in the future, baseline hydrologic data <br />encompassing (more recent information) the years up to that date should be evaluated. <br />2.04.8 Baseline Climatolouical Information <br />The Findings documents related to Permit Renewals 06 and 05 dated December 2014 and May 2009 <br />respectively, discuss the physiographic setting as well as regional and local climate. <br />This section of the rules is adequately addressed in the permit. <br />Should mining recommence at some point in the future, climatological data <br />encompassing the years up to that date should be evaluated. <br />2.05.3 Operations Plan - Permit Area <br />This is a review of the permit requirements for general and detail design plans for sediment ponds, impoundments <br />and other diversions proposed in the permit as per Rule: 2.05.3(4)(a) -(d). <br />This section of the rules is adequately addressed in the permit. <br />2.05.4 Reclamation Plan <br />This is a review of the permit requirements for Rule 2.05.4(2)(h): Compliance with Clean. Air and Clean <br />Water Acts, and other applicable water quality laws, regulations and health and safety standards <br />Emissions permits for fugitive dust and other air quality issues are presented in Exhibit 2, Other Required <br />Permits, of the permit application. Water monitoring takes place in accordance with NPDES permit CO - <br />0034142. The Findings documents related to Permit Renewals 06 and 05 dated December 2014 and May 2009 <br />respectively, discuss NPDES discharge monitoring. <br />This section of the rules is adequately addressed in the permit. <br />2.05.6 Mitization oflmpacts <br />2.05.60)Air Pollution Control Plan <br />All permit applications for existing operations shall contain a copy of an initially or finally approved emission <br />permit from the relevant Colorado Air Quality Control Commission, Air Pollution Control Division or the Air <br />Quality Hearing Board. <br />Exhibit 2, Other Required Permits, of the permit application provides copies of the following permits from <br />the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division: <br />o Conditional Construction Permit from the EPA dated September 1978 <br />o Emission Permit No c 1 -895 -XX dated September 1978 July 1981 and November 1981, <br />as well as permits relating to water quality, dredging and filling. <br />This section of the rules is adequately addressed in the permit. <br />Williams Fork Mid Term Review Prepared by: R.
