Box 147 <br />Fairplay, CO 80440 <br />RE: Hall Gulch Pit; DRMS File No. M-1980-019; Temporary Cessation (TC -01) <br />Request; Incomplete Submittal <br />Dear Ms. Crawford, <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received your request for temporary <br />cessation of the Hall Gulch Pit (M-1980-019) on December 21, 2015. The Division is unable to <br />process this request until the required fee of $144.00 has been submitted. Also, pursuant to Rule <br />1.13.5, the Notice of Temporary Cessation must include the following information: <br />a) The date of cessation <br />b) The reason(s) for non -production or cessation of the mining operation <br />c) A plan for resumption of mining <br />d) The measures to be taken to comply with reclamation requirements and/or other activities <br />related to the performance standards of Section 3.1 while the mine is in temporary <br />cessation <br />A copy of the Temporary Cessation Request Form has been enclosed for your use.
