The ten day <br />review and comment period provided for in the Act and the Regulations initiates from this date of <br />filing. <br /> <br />WFC is proposing to remove the coal stockpile limit of 10,000 tons that can be stored in the <br />designated stockpile area. <br /> <br />The surface coal mining operation is on land located approximately 2.5 miles Northwest of Nucla. <br />The permit area is further described as follows: <br /> <br />Portions of Sections 25 and 36, T 47 N, R 16 W, N.M.P.M. <br /> <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on the following USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle <br />map(s): Nucla. <br /> <br />A copy of the revision application is available for review at the Division office.
