We received the above referenced
TDNs on February 19, 2016 via certified mail. Our response to the above -referenced TDNs is
therefore due on February 29, 2016. I will be travelling out -of state the entire week of February
22nd and will not be able to devote adequate time and attention to this very important matter in
this short time frame.
The DRMS requires a reasonable and specified amount of additional time to determine whether a
violation exists. We intend to provide thorough and complete responses. To do so, we will
require a thirty day extension of the response deadline. Accordingly, DRMS requests that it be
granted an extension of time until March 30, 2016 to respond to this letter.
Your earliest possible response to our deadline extension request would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,
14
,7
iI' C/ P
Michael P.
