Exhibit C - Mining Plan: A 20,000 pound excavator will be utilized to <br /> excavate granite pegmatites that likely contain collectable amazonite+quartz <br /> crystals. The excavator will first remove any available topsoil and stockpile it on one <br /> side of the trench for reclamation. The excavator will then be used to mine <br /> overburden in order to access the productive bedrock. The removed overburden <br /> will be stockpiled on the other side of the active trench. The crystal excavation will <br /> be done using hand tools (sledge hammers, shovels, prybars, chisels, rakes and <br /> screwdrivers). A skid steer front end loader will be on-site to manage temporary <br /> dump piles. Temporary dump piles will be constructed along the side of the <br /> excavation for easy reclamation. All ore will stored in pick-up trucks and taken off <br /> site daily.A 45 degree or less slope will be maintained at one end of the trench as an <br /> escape-way at all times. Ore production rates are unknown as this is an exploration <br /> project. Fuel for the machines will be brought on in an as-needed manner and will <br /> not be stored on site. On an interim basis all trenches will be re-filled and seeded <br /> with US Forest approved seed mixtures to stabilize slopes and minimize erosions <br /> (silt fences will be use as necessary). Safety fencing will be installed around all <br /> active trenches for the safety of the public and wildlife. <br /> No more than three 100 foot active trenches will be mined during any one <br /> mining project. All open trenches will be fenced while not being actively excavated <br /> to minimize hazards to wildlife and the public. <br /> During operations a crew of 3-6 people will be on site to manage activities <br /> and collect crystals. <br />
