You are more than welcome to attach documents that respond to our <br /> comments, but text responses need to be in an attached document much like the adequacy <br /> letter I sent you. We accept responses in PDF format as well as MS Word, but not in the <br /> text of an email. Please provide a document that responds to each of the deficiencies in my <br /> February 8 letter. <br /> 2) The application and responses you submit are part of the public record.
