[1] Cell 2 surface area is based upon the delineation of open water from an October 2014 aerial photo.
[2] Gross evaporation rate equals 44.52 inches(3.71 ft)per year,based upon NOAA Evaporation Atlas.Monthly distribution based upon SB-120
Guidelines.
[3] Effective precipitation rate equals 70%of total precipitation,based upon average precipitation at the Brighton weather station.

[5]Net evaporation equals exposed ground water area multiplied by the net evaporation rate,[1]x[4]/12.
