If necessary, the inspection will continue <br />on February 25th. The purpose of the inspection will be to evaluate reclamation at the site. <br />Rule 3.03.2(2) of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for <br />Coal Mining requires that you be notified prior to the inspection, so that you may attend the <br />inspection. If you wish to attend the inspection, please contact me for specific details.
