(MCM) against the Rules I was assigned. For each of the Rules I was assigned to <br />review the permit against, there is a section listed below. If I found adequacy review issues during my <br />review, those items are bulleted. Attached is a detailed reclamation cost estimate. Please feel free to <br />contact me if you have any questions. <br />2.04.9 — Soils Resource Information <br />2.04.9(1)-(3) <br />The following adequacy review issues where noted: <br />• Exhibit 13 contains a report titled "Soils Inventory Mine Facilities, Disposal Site, and Pit 6 & 7 <br />Areas," by Jim Walsh dated June 1, 1979. According to the report, there are two maps that depict <br />the soil resource study area. The Division could not locate these maps within the permit. Please <br />provide a copy of these maps. <br />2.04.10 —Vegetation Information <br />No adequacy issues noted. According to the vegetation report included in Exhibit 14, no threatened or <br />endangered plants were encountered during the vegetation sampling effort of the native communities. <br />2.04.11(1)(4) - Fish and Wildlife Resource Information <br />2.04.11(1)(4) - No adequacy issues noted. <br />2.05.3 — Operations Plan/Permit Area <br />2.05.3(5) - No adequacy issues noted. <br />2.05.3(7) <br />This information was updated with TR -36.
