August 14, 2009 <br />Mr. Jim Landeck <br />Public Works Administrator <br />City of Brihton <br />22 South 4th Avenue <br />Brighton, CO 80601 <br />Re: Ready Mixed Concrete Company -Bromley Lakes Mining Impact Agreement <br />Dear Jim: <br />As you know, Ready Mixed Concrete Company (RMCC) has applied to the Colorado <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety to amend our existing reclamation permit (No. M- <br />1987-049) to mine sand and gravel and reclaim a parcel of land located along Brighton Road in <br />parts of the South %2 of the Southwest % of Section 13 and the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 <br />of Section 24 all in Township 1 South, Range 67 West of the 6th Principal Meridian (PM) in <br />Adams County, Colorado (see enclosed map). <br />The proposed sand and gravel mining operation will occur within 50 feet of the west right- <br />of-way of Brighton Road. RMCC will take every precaution to insure that the road is not <br />damaged as a result of our mining and reclamation activities. <br />Enclosed with this letter is an agreement by which RMCC agrees to repair or replace at its <br />expense any damage to Brighton Road due to the proposed sand and gravel mining operation.
