(SCC) enclosed is an application for a <br />permit revision to change the post mining land use at the Roadside North Portal, <br />Cameo Refuse Disposal Area 1, Cameo Borrow Areas 1 & 2, and Ponds 6, 10, <br />11 and 13, herein referred to as the North Portal Area. The goal of this proposed <br />revision is to change the post mining land use at these areas from fish and <br />wildlife to commercial. SCC currently has a purchase and sale agreement with a <br />municipality that will use all of SCC's lands at the North Portal Area as a <br />commercial site. The revised documents in this submittal are based on the <br />assumption that Technical Revision 67 application for SCC has been approved. <br />The SCC structures within the North Portal Area have been removed and the <br />disturbed areas have been fully backfilled and graded to the approximate original <br />contours.
