Changes are shown as either strike out or underline for ease <br />of review. <br /> <br />Evidence of rights, titles, and interests in and to real property located within the permit <br />boundary as follows: <br /> <br />A. Interests Owned. <br /> <br />Instruments evidencing ownership in either the surface estate, mineral estate, or both, <br />providing CC&V with the legal right to enter the properties are as follows: <br /> <br />1. Joint Venture Affidavit recorded at Reception #287077, Drawer 36, Card <br />965A on September 11, 1980. This declares that the name of the Joint <br />Venture was changed from its former name of “Texasgulf Golden Cycle <br />Mining Company” to the present name of “Cripple Creek & Victor Gold <br />Mining Company”. <br /> <br />4. Treasurer’s Deed dated November 18, 1987 from Treasurer of Teller County, <br />Colorado to Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company recorded as <br />Reception No. 359292. <br /> <br />5. Quitclaim Deed from Pikes Peak Mining Company to Cripple Creek & <br />Victor Gold Mining Company, made effective January 1, 1991, recorded at <br />Book 587, Page 100.
