An updated list of owners of record of affected lands and substance to be <br />mined is provided in Exhibit O. <br />• Exhibit P: No changes were required for this exhibit. <br />• Exhibit Q: Proof of Mailing of Notices to the Board of County Commissioners and the <br />Soil Conservation District. Documentation demonstrating that notices of this amended <br />application were filed with the Teller County Commissioners and Natural resource <br />Conservation services (formerly the Soil Conservation Service) is provided in Exhibit Q. <br />• Exhibit R: Proof of Filing with County Clerk and Recorder. Documentation <br />demonstrating that a copy of this amended application was placed on file with the Teller <br />County Clerk and Recorder is provided in Exhibit R. <br />• Exhibit S: No changes were required for this exhibit. <br />• Exhibit T: Permanent Man-made Structure. An update to the list of owners of land <br />within 200 feet of the amended permit boundary are provided in Exhibit T. The <br />documentation provided in the December 2015 Amendment 11 application demonstrating <br />stability of permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the amended boundary <br />remains current. <br />• Exhibit U: No changes were required for this exhibit. <br />2.2 Permit Area and Area of Disturbance / Affected Lands <br />The perimeter permit boundary for Amendment 11 was adjusted to add approximately 149 acres <br />primarily in the Gold Run area in Section 25. There are various other permit boundary adjustments <br />included in this amended permit area resulting from recent property transactions. The total <br />affected acreage for this amended application is approximately 6068 acres, including the Carlton <br />Tunnel area, an increase of 149 acres over what was submitted as part of Amendment 11 and <br />roughly 78 acres over what was permitted as part of MLE2/Amendment 10. See Figures 1 and 2, <br />which shows the incidental boundary adjustments made between MLE2/Amendment 10 and this <br />amended permit boundary, and Amendment 11 and this amended permit boundary. <br /> <br />2.3 Changes in Support Facilities <br />Proposed facilities and utilities are shown on Drawings C-3 and C-4 (Revision 2). No changes are <br />made to the support facilities with the exception of adding the City of Victor Emergency Services <br />cell/radio tower at Little Grouse Mountain per request of OMLR and the City of Victor. The <br />location for this tower is shown on Exhibit C-3, Revision 2. <br /> <br />
