The 4.39 acres disturbed <br />includes drill pads that were constructed to complete eight (8) mine ventilation boreholes (MVB's) on seven (7) new pads (See <br />Table I). The MVB's constructed this year were for longwall panel E6 and included MVB's E6-5 through E6-12. <br />In 2015, MCC plugged and abandoned nineteen (19) MVB's and two (2) exploration holes, and completed reclamation of <br />fourteen (14) MVB pads and associated access roads (See Table II). The 9.97 acres of reclamation included regrading the sites <br />and roads to the approximate original contour, as well as topsoiling, seeding and mulching.
