Solid wall pipe has been installed for <br /> about 1/4 of the western boundary along with one manhole base. <br /> Contractor has installed a wellpoint piston pump system to control groundwater during <br /> construction. The pump manifold extends along the entire southern boundary of the drain limits. <br /> The contractor indicated that the well points are approximately 17-ft below grade to control <br /> groundwater during drain line installation. The pumps discharge into the dewatering ditch for the <br /> gravel pit.
