Stover It Associates, Inc. <br />2352 North 7th Street, Unit B <br />Grand Junction, CO 81501 <br />RE: North Thompson Creek Mines, Permit No. C-1981-025 <br />2015 Annual Reclamation Report <br />Dear Mr. Stover, <br />The Division received a copy of the 2015 Annual Reclamation Report on February 3, 2016 for the North <br />Thompson Creek Mines. Thank you for your timely submittal. The report indates that there were no <br />reclamation activities conducted during 2015. There are 4.1 acres that have not been Phase III bond <br />released, these 4.1 acres are in long-term mining or reclamation facilities. <br />During inspections throughout 2015 thistle and knapweed were found at the site. Thistle was observed on <br />the Mine No. 1 Portal. Knapweed was located along the channel leading to the Refuse Pile Pond. The <br />report stated weeds were sprayed during the year by spot spraying with Roundup. <br />The 2015 Annual Reclamation Report is in compliance with the Rules and.the approved permit <br />application. Based on the information above, the Division has no questions or further comments.
