The Division requests that the following items be <br />addressed with the 2015 ARR: <br />1. For the future 2015 ARR form, please update the Cumulative Total disturbed acreage number to <br />include the cumulative disturbance from previous years. This acreage should be the sum of the <br />acreage disturbed from the Seneca II mine within the PSCM permit area (1766.36 acres) and the <br />total acres newly disturbed (9.6 acres), minus the Phase III bond Release Acreage (for 2014: <br />68.79 acres). <br />2. The Division requests that for the 2015 ARR, PSCM evaluate the acreage that should be <br />accounted towards backfilling and grading, topsoiling and seeding as discussed above. <br />3. For the Entire Life of Mine acres disturbed reported on the ARR form, this acreage should be the <br />sum of the acreage disturbed from the Seneca II mine within the PSCM permit area (1766.36 <br />acres) and the total acres newly disturbed (9.6 acres). This acreage should not be the total area <br />approved to be disturbed (1912.8 acres). <br />4. Please update the Phase I and II bond release acreage to account for the approval of SL2 as <br />discussed above. <br />5. 58.2 acres has been reported to have been re -disturbed at the site. This area appears to overlay <br />areas that were approved for Phase I and Phase II bond release with SLI and SL2 bond release <br />area originally approved for the Seneca II mine that are within the PSCM permit area. Based on <br />the Division's review it does not appear the acreage reported to have received Phase I and Phase <br />II bond release have been reduced as a result of the re -disturbance. On the 2015 ARR form, <br />please reduce the Phase I and II bond release acres to account for this re -disturbance. <br />
