Wholesale/Agricultwral Products). <br />The property is located at Cameo Exit 46 on I-70 (Parcel 2709341-00-048). This is the <br />site of the old Powdaiaortt Coal Cormpany Roadside Mine. The prvperry is zoned AkT <br />with a wnditional use permit far coal mining. We are in the process of purc]rasing this <br />property anal are excited to have it in our agtiloultural operation <br />We have been Bowing peaches is the Palisade area since 1979 and organically since <br />1991. Rceetttly eve have added vegetables to our opctatioa. Our Gait and vegetables are <br />grown both west of Palisade and on Rapid Creek Road, which is just around the cornet <br />from Cameo. <br />!here are three buildings oa the lower level: <br />Large metal building (2625 sq. ft., 25 ft. high) <br />Old isboratory/office & bathrooms (2000 sq. ft., one story) <br />Storage Buiid'u~g (300 sq. tt, one story) <br />We have taken the old laboraWry/office atad fumed it into a'fzuit stand to sell our zetail <br />fruit and produce.
