TWENTYMILE COAL, LLC - FOIDEL CREEK MINE (C-82-056) MR15-294, 6MN COMPRESSOR BUILDING EXPANSION TECHNICAL ADEQUECY RESPONSES (02/16) I Twentylnile Coad, LLC. (TC) proposes to replace or add pages 2.05-105.1, 106, 106.1, 106.2, 106.3 and 106.4. The proposed revised pages do not follow the currently revised text. The sections are I-eorgcrnized and would restrh in duplicate paragraphs from text preceding the proposed revised pages in some cases. The section proposed to be revised frith MR294 does not appear to have been revised except for possibly changing of the font size. Please revieN' the currently approved sections and Inake proper rel'iSiOnS' 10 the text so that the pages are paginated correctly and follow each other frith the preceding and subsequent pages. Please insure currently approved text unrelated to the revision is not eliminated or duplicated The currently approved text can be vieiwd online on the Dil'lsion 's website. Response: The revised pages have been compared with the existing approved permit text, and have been modified for consistency and continuity. Copies of the revised pages accompany these responses for replacement in the PAP. 2. Some of the dimensions shoivli on the proposed revised plan "6MN Air Compressor Building North and South Pad Expansions Plan and Side Views " submitted to be included in Exhibit 49A are too shall to read. Please submit a revised plan with legible dimensions. Response: A pdf of the referenced drawing was sent to the CDRMS, allowing the drawing to be "blown -up" so that the dimensions are readable. A larger scale print of the drawing also accompanies these responses for insertion in the PAP. 3. The cost estimate provided u4th the revision indicates the equipment remol'al cost for this project are already included in the current cost esiiniate for the 6M7V installation. The Division reviewed the cost estimate and this does not appear to be case. Please provide the follolving information for the cost estimate and update page 2.05- 45.12 to include this ii forInation. a. Please provide the dimensions of'the two new compressors b. Please provide the dimensions Of the rivo dryers c. Please provide the dimensions of the compressor after -coolers Response: The reason the reclamation cost estimate does not include the compressors and dryers, is that these equipment units are leased and would be removed by the leasing firm when no longer needed. For reference, the two compressor units are approximately 14' x 6' x 6', and the two dryer units are approximately 6.5' x 6.5' x 7' The after -coolers are owned and are approximately 7' x 6' x 2'.
