in Exhibit 18. Exhibit 18 includes details and designs for sediment control, associated
culverts and runoff control with proper SEDCAD demonstrations.
(5) Surfacing — Surfacing of roads is discussed on page 2.05-15 and is compliance with the
associated Rule.
(6) Maintenance — Maintenance discussion is included in the road section.
(7) Reclamation — Reclamation discussion is included in the road section of WF's PAP as
needed.
All topics and discussions required under Rules 4.03.3(1)-(5) have been met in WF's PAP. I
have no adequacy questions regarding the above mentioned Rule.
4.10
4.10.1(1) — Refuse generated on site is transported within the WF permit boundary to what
is named the No. 9 Portal Waste Disposal Area (PWDA) and No. 9 Portal Solid Waste
Disposal Area (PSWDA) as shown on Map 25. Designs have been certified by a
professional engineer as documented in Map 28 that satisfy Rule 4.09. Permanent diversion
ditches have been designed and established and can be seen in Map 28. Refuse was used to
backfill the previous No. 9 Portal entries. Refuse materials for both areas were placed in the
excavated area in approximately two -foot lifts and with the use of loaders, dump trucks and
tracked dozers, the refuse disposal area was effectively compacted.
4.10.1(2) — This rule is not applicable.
4.10.2 — Quarterly inspection reports as well as inspection requirements are detailed
beginning in this section of WF's PAP.
All topics and discussions required under Rule 4.10 have been met in WF's PAP. I have no
adequacy questions regarding the above mentioned Rule.
4.11.5
This Rule is not applicable.
All topics and discussions required under Rule 4.11.5 have been met in WF's PAP. I have no
adequacy questions regarding the above mentioned Rule.
This concludes my review of the above sections for the WF's PAP. If you have any questions,
feel free to contact me.
