No mine representative was present during the inspection. Weather conditions were clear <br />with the temperature around twenty degrees fahrenheit. Ground conditions were snow covered with depth <br />approximatly 6”- 12”+. Majority of the mine site was inaccessable due to snow conditions. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage – Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />The East Salt and Munger Creeks were not flowing at the time of the inspection. All creeks were snow covered. <br /> <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): <br />Access to the site was limited to snow depths and cover. The site was inspected by foot from the Munger Creek <br />crossing up to the reclaimed haul road section. The entire site was snow covered and thus limiting visual <br />assessment of remaining disturbances associated with the site. The portal area was inaccessible due to the <br />steepness of slope and snow depths. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br />Mine identification markers are located at the gated entrance to the site. All information for compliance was <br />located on the signs.
