The change in parent company reflects a <br />minor change to reflect transfer of the operating entity and permit holder, Seneca Property, LLC, from <br />Peabody Energy Corporation to Bowie Colorado Operations, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bowie <br />Resource Partners, LLC. <br />With this revision submittal, we are providing updated information under Rule 2, Section 8.6 of the Rules and <br />Regulations, along with appropriate references noting the change in parent company. In order to maintain all <br />necessary= bonds and insurance coverages in frill effect, changes to these instruments will not occur until tie <br />date of closing or shortly thereafter. Please note that it may be necessary to maintain overlapping bond and <br />insurance coverage during some interiin period to facilitate CDRMS review and approval.
