("MMM" or "Applicant"). The <br /> required fee of $257 has been submitted (receipt no. 3672836). General information regarding the <br /> Three Bells Pit is provided in Table A below. As of this year, the Port of Entry SWSP <br /> will rely on replacement sources owned or controlled by the City of Fort Collins and will no longer be <br /> debited against this combined plan. <br /> On January 24, 2014 the compacted clay liner for the Kyger Pit (M-1999-088, WDID 0303025) <br /> was approved by the State Engineer's Office as meeting the design standard for liners, and the Kyger <br /> Pit is now classified as a lined reservoir in accordance with the 1999 SEO Guidelines.
