AS COUNSEL FOR <br />THE DEBTOR-IN-POSSESSION <br />OBJECTION DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 15, 2016 <br />YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Red Arrow Gold Corporation ("Debtor") has filed <br />an Application to Employ Buechler Law Office, L.L.C. ("Law Firm") as Counsel for the Debtor -in - <br />Possession ("Application to Employ"), with the Bankruptcy Court and requests the following relief: <br />An Order approving the Debtor's Application to Employ the Law Firm. The Law Firm has <br />been retained as local counsel. The Law Firm will receive payment of its fees and expenses by <br />James B. Jameson & Associates, P.C. <br />To the best of Buechler Law Office, L.L.C.'s knowledge, other than the source of the <br />retainer, as described in both the Application and the Affidavit of Kenneth J. Buechler, it and its <br />employees have no connection or conflict of interest between the professional and the bankruptcy <br />estate, the Debtor, creditors, any other party in interest, their respective attorneys and accountants, <br />the United States Trustee's office, or any person employed in the office of the United States Trustee. <br />The Law Firm is a "disinterested person" as defined in 11 U.S.C. § 101(14). A copy of the <br />Application is on file with the Clerk of the United States Bankruptcy Court, 721 - 19th Street, <br />Denver, Colorado 80202-2508, or may be obtained from the undersigned upon request. <br />If you oppose the motion or object to the requested relief your objection and request for <br />hearing must be filed on or before the objection deadline stated above, served on the movant at the <br />address indicated below, and must state clearly all objections and any legal basis for the objections. <br />The court will not consider general objections. <br />
